The office is managed by a Chief Executive Officer, with the Operations Manager in charge of the office staff, the  Transport Manager,  the Connect Manager and the Finance Manager including the Marketing Officer. Other staff include 6 volunteers working in both offices in Douglas and Mt Saint John. The Transport Manager is located in the transport office at 55 Everett St Mt Saint John and manages the staff attached to that office. The transport section operates under the Trading name of NQ COMMUNITY TRANSPORT. Remaining staff operate at 55 Riverside Boulevard Douglas. The Connect Manager operates under the trading name of NQ COMMUNITY CONNECT and is responsible for tours, barbeques, drop-in centre.
